The CIA is seeking dismissal of a lawsuit involving them spying on Americans who visited Julian Assange at Ecuador's embassy in London. Pompeo of the CIA says the allegations do not merit a violation of the right to privacy under the Fourth Amendment as the attorneys and journalists were overseas, rather than on American soil. The embassy contracted with UC Global to make the visitors surrender their electronic devices to only copy their private data.
